Your first visit with Boone Heart Wellness will be the longest and most comprehensive. In general, this visit will last 90 to 120 minutes and includes the interview process along with a complete physical examination (for Functional Wellness Packages).

You should plan to obtain any copies of your old medical records. Ideally, these would be forwarded to our office in advance of your visit.

You should plan on filling out the patient questionnaire prior to your visit. Our staff will review these forms prior to meeting with you in order to maximize your visit time.
